Point2Point Solutions was incorporated and funded on September 1, 1999 by the current three Principals - Robert Eister, Mike Sadowski, and Michael Wolf.

Robert Eister graduated from San Jose State University in 1992 with a B.S. in Management Information Systems. He has been working with Clarify since 1994. As one of the founding engineers of the QuickSilver Group (now Zamba), Rob was an Engineering Consultant where he implemented, customized, and developed CRM systems for clients from 1994 to 1996. In 1996 he co-founded the CRM consulting firm, Introspect Systems, (acquired by Nortel), where he was the CTO, Principal, & Lead Architect. In 1999 Rob co-founded another CRM consulting firm Point2Point Solutions, where he is currently a Principal and Architect.

Mike Sadowski graduated from California State University Long Beach in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He has been working with Clarify since 1993. From 1993 to 1995, Mike was a Senior Implementation Consultant at Clarify where he was part of the original core PSO group. While at Clarify, he provided project management, technical and business analysis, design and implementation consulting services for a broad spectrum of Clarify customers. He has been a Clarify Certified Consultant since 1997, when Clarify initiated their certification program. After leaving Clarify he started his own business as an independent consultant, which lead him in 1996 to co-found the CRM implementation firm MJM Technologies, where he was a Principal and Architect. In 1999 Mike co-founded another CRM consulting firm, Point2Point Solutions, where he is currently a Principal and Architect.

Michael Wolf studied accounting at San Jose State University until 1991. He has been working with Clarify since 1993. From 1993 to 1994, Mike was a Senior Implementation Consultant at Clarify where he was part of the original core PSO group. While at Clarify, he provided project management, technical and business analysis, design and implementation consulting services for a broad spectrum of Clarify customers. After leaving Clarify he started his own business as an independent consultant. Prior to 1993, Mike was a development manager at Minx Software, a Enterprise MRP software company. In 1996 he co-found the CRM implementation firm MJM Technologies, where he was CFO, Principal and Architect. In 1999 Mike co-founded another CRM consulting firm, Point2Point Solutions, where he is currently a Principal and Architect.
